Withdrawal from the contract

The consumer (buyer) may not exercise the right of withdrawal in respect of goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of the consumer’s instructions or at the consumer’s express request, or in respect of goods that are clearly personalised to the consumer. (Government Regulation 45/2014 (II.26.) Section 29 (1) paragraph / c )
